"Red October" theme is back with glossy red finish and black contrast of the powder coated drivetrain, frame and various details around the bike. "Retro" model is dramatically different from all other Ural models. Retro is wider, longer and lower to the ground for better handling. It has a different bike frame, side car frame, wheels (18" vs. 19"), suspensions, head lamp styling, tear-drop style gas tank, fenders, running lighting, foot brake pedal arrangement and much more 

For 2010 Limited Edition model Ural factory made 26 absolutely gorgeous Red-Black bikes that were called Red October. These bikes are very desirable and sought after because of the look and excellent handling characteristics. The theme was based on the novel “The Hunt for Red October” by Tom Clancy and its movie version. The bike was optimized for handling. It was lower than the standard Ural because it had sidecar frame from the Retro and 18 inch Retro wheels instead of the common 19 inch ones. It had Retro style lighting and was equipped with the higher gear ratio final drives for higher speed. The lower center of gravity noticeably enhanced cornering stability and handling. All these benefits are found on this Custom Retro model. In addition, with the Retro model, you get a simplistic look from the thirties with the technology and reliability of the 21st century.
