Tractor seat mount
Very well made. Then saw a video of them cracking at the base. I don't know if the guy rides off road a lot or not. I'm going to beef mine up just in case. Good product though and worth the price

Additional Seat Spring
I have yet to install the spring but ready to get it in and enjoy a smoother ride for a big guy. When assessing how to install I was wondering the best way but everyone's recommendations will be helpful

Additional Seat Spring
The seat spring that was on my seat was already broken and already very uncomfortable to I opted to buy 2 springs and it made a big difference. Very glad I did it.

additional seat spring for big guys!
Ok so I am a little plump! Well the extra tractor seat spring takes care of that issue! Seriously I am around 230 and with just the one seat spring I was afraid I might bottom out and damage my rear fender. I luckily never did but the extra seat spring firms up your seat and enhances the comfort!

Required for comfort
The solo seat requires an additional seat spring to support a rider weighing over 180 lbs. I installed it with no difficulty. Removal of the seat makes the installation quick and easy. The hardware package is needed to install the spring. The bolts are metric and cost more at the hardware store as I found out. Get them from UralNE.

A must have
I have the original factory seat on my 14 GU and I am 230lbs. It felt as though something was loose. I would shift around in the saddle. The reviews mention it's a pain to install but I didn't find it difficult at all. I think it did help that I've had my seat off to swap out the tractor seat for the bench seat. You will need to remove the full seat assembly and I recommend disconnecting the wires and doing the work on a work bench. After that it's pretty simple just look at the other spring to see how it fits in. I left the original spring on bit loosened the screws to give room for adjustments. A rubber mallet helps seat the spring in place. But what a difference this made. I recommend this for anyone of American size(chubby like me). Great buy and not too difficult to install.

Worth the hassle of insulation.
I installed this on the pillion seat of my 2009 Sahara. HUGE pain to install it (had to take the entire seat set up apart) but WOW! It was worth it. Before my pillion passengers would comment how they felt like they were going to slide back off the fender. Now the seat offers way more support. The additional spring didn't not come w/hardware but it's not needed. I wish I could have gotten this set up sooner. I don't need it on the drivers seat but if I did I would totally buy another one. Way worth it!

Works great but a tight fit on factory single seat.
I bought the additional seat spring to add to my 2012 Retro seat. The additional spring fits beside the original spring BUT it's a tight fit to get both in along side each other. I had to pry the second spring with a lever in order to thread the side bolts in. It'll fit but it's tight. Once you can start the bolts it fits great. I do recommend this additional seat spring if you're like me and top 200 lbs. It hold the seat more upright with less to and fro travel.
