  • Placement of the harness and connector with the relay. Shown with the gas tank elevated in the front. To elevate the gas tank for this installation, unbolt two mounting bolts on each side of the front gas tank brackets. Unbolt two bolts holding the tank from the rear. With tractor style seat these bolts are accessible. With bench style seat, you will need to unbolt the seat to gain access. You do not need to disconnect fuel lines. Just lift the gas tank in the front and place spacer to hold it up in the front.

    Product Description

    This Air Horn System is something else! One of our customers accurately noted, "If you want a horn as loud as trucks, this is the one for you." The Air Horn System is equipped with a direct drive compressor that activates the horn instantly on demand. The tone is pleasantly low and the volume is LOUD!

    In order to produce powerful sound on demand this Air Horn System has a direct drive compressor that draws 18 Amp vs. the 3 Amp draw by the factory horn. The original factory electrical circuit cannot handle such high amp consumption. Not everybody has the time, or sometimes knowledge and experience, to make such a harness, mount the air horn discretely and set up the system properly. This is why most of the Air Horn Systems that we sold in the past were installed by our shop for our local customers. Each installation would require fabrication of the industrial grade wiring harness with low amp (control) and hi amp (power) circuits, waterproof fuse holder, relay with connector, power and ground terminals. In addition, it was pretty expensive because of the labor involved to fabricate new harness for each installation. Because of the frequent requests from our online customers we designed a "Plug-n-Play" industrial grade custom harness and mounting kit that makes it possible to install this amazing Air Horn System in less than an hour.       DWARFS any stock motorcycle horn on the market.

      I have this (Ural of New England installed) air horn on my 2016 Gear Up Ambassador, and it DWARFS any stock motorcycle horn on the market. It’s so stealthy, you wouldn’t know it’s even there, and when I had my state inspection done by a local shop last year, it scared the heck out of the tech when he tested the horn! The few times I’ve actually had to use it in the real world, it’s paid for itself a hundredfold. Highly recommend.

      Concise, easy to follow, instructional video. Removal & replacement completed in just under an hour. Oh yes, and it IS LOUD.

      Great sound, easy install

      I gave this horn a 4 star because I don't know how long it will hold up. If I get a couple of years out of it, then I will revise the review. got it in the mail today, but it did not come with instructions. No problem, went on line and I found a circuit 'road map' in my Ural manual.Pretty straight forward, took a little longer than 20 minutes cause I took some time to do a couple other things while things were apart. Thanks'guys

      If you want a horn as loud as trucks this is the one for you. I had it installed at URAL NE on my Gear Up and it get's everybodies attention when you blow it going down the road.
