The Electric Winch kit was specifically designed and tested to work on your Ural. The winch kit includes everything you need to install and mount on your Ural sidecar. This includes the winch, mounting hardware, remote control, and a custom fabricated electrical harness that features waterproof connections. This winch is loaded tested to 2500 lbs. and can be remotely operated with the included controller. Total cable length of 50ft. A great addition to any trail ready rig. Never get stuck again.

Overall pretty good

Kit was missing some parts -
The rubber grommet for where the wiring harness passes through the side of the sidecar wall.
The flat fender washer for the winch mount.
The strap short strap was only sewn together on one side, so useless.
Mounting went pretty easily, based on the video instructions provided. My 2021 Gear up has a larger motor mount bolt and the terminal ring did not fit over it, so I had to make a small modification there.
You will need a second person, to hold the winch in place while the bots are threaded in from inside the sidecar tub.

Works great once installed. Pulled a Subaru on flat ground as a test. Smooth pull.
