National Cycle Plexistar 2 Windshield
Installation is possible for only 1 person, but it really is a job for 4 hands. It looks better than I expected on my M70 and functions well. If your on the fence, buy one, you will be pleased.

Great winshield, tricky mounting
I have been running this windshield for the past few months during the winter season. It pushes some serious wind out of the way and definitely does it's job! Had to do a little fan-dangling with the mounting as it is a universal fit. The instructions are good, but this windshield went on my Patrol with leading link and the instructions are directed toward typical telescopic fork set-ups. My only issue is that I can't get it high enough to push the wind directly overhead and it blasts me in the face shield due to the lower mounts needing to attached on the forks. Would fit perfect if the ignition switch wasn't in the way to and I have tried many different approaches to the situation with similar results (without re-mounting the ignition switch). Offers great protection on the hand grips if choke up on the handlebars. I'm riding in average 20 degree weather, and despite the few little issues, it is a great addition for wind protection and I am satisfied with the over-all product and purchase. These Urals are a BLAST!

large plexiglass windshield for Ural
The windshield arrived safely and well packed. The instructions were complete but each bike will have its special peculiarities that demand some patience & trial & error in mounting. In my case the lower hardware bracket on the fork on right side was tugging at the throttle cable on hard left turns over-revving the engine, and that took me awhile to figure out & correct. Now that everything is secure, up & running, I would not be without it! I am now a devout Ural NE fan!
