Reverse Foot Pedal Shifter

I wanted a simple reverse shifter replacement for the small handle that came on my 2010 Ural Patrol. This foot shifter exceeded my expectations. It's a much cheaper option than the tank shifter and I was surprised that it came with the rubber foot pads! Easy to install if you follow one of the YouTube videos available.

Changed the dealer installed hand shift back to the factory foot shift reverse lever. Prefer the foot shifter. Just wish it came with the rubber pads on it.

The other reviews notified me to have a gear puller so the install was easy. Much easier way to shift to reverse. No bending over to reach the short lever that came on the rig. Much less expensive than a tank shifter.

My pedal came in the mail last night, so I went to work installing it. But soon found out that the stock lever, does not just slid off after removing the nut holding it on. I went out to Home Depot and picked up a gear puller had to grind it down a bit to get it to fit behind the lever but once that was done, the pedal went on easy. It shore makes going back and forth from reveres a lot more easy.

Though it is not a must have, the reverse pedal is very convenient. installation was easy. I found that to reach under the intake rubber I set the rear of the pedal at about 2:00 o'clock. I used a gear puller to remove the previous lever to avoid damaging the shaft seal.

Works no bending to move the lever.
